The 1699 Historical Society is the driving force behind the annual 1699 d'Iberville Landing Reenactment that happens during the Weekend of Discovery. This historical event pays tribute to Pierre le Moyne Sieur d'Iberville and his fellow explorers and their discovery of our area.
Currently, membership is a token commitment to the preservation and growth of the 'Society. However, in the future, we will offer levels of membership that come with various enticements such as stickers, t-shirts and more.
